Leo Lujan serves as the Facility Operations Supervisor within the Facility Management department, where he oversees the essential operations for Manuel Middle and High School, as well as Crofton Elementary. Since joining the district in April 2023, Leo has been dedicated to leading the teams responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of these campuses. He takes great pride in his role, driven by a personal mission to ensure that every student has access to a healthy, safe, and welcoming environment where they can thrive.
A proud Colorado native and district alum, Leo’s local roots run deep—he earned his GED through the Emily Griffith Technical College. Today, he resides in the Park Hill neighborhood with his partner and their energetic two-year-old Border Collie/Lab mix. Outside of work, Leo enjoys being an active member of the community he serves and supporting the next generation of local learners.
