I was born in Denver and I was raised in Southwest Denver and San Diego, CA. I have been a school counselor in DPS for almost nine years, and this is my first year at Manual Middle School. I have three daughters and a tiny Chihuahua, and we love going to the movies, to festivals, and traveling throughout the U.S. and beyond. My family is from Peru, and I love sharing my culture and language with students while also learning about their cultures. I am dedicated to supporting students’ mental health while building relationships with students, and I strive to ensure every student feels seen and heard each day at school. I am excited for this new school year and to also be a part of the Manual Community!
